Membership
SOAK
is a membership-driven organization. Our membership is a strong representation
of the many nations, villages, communities, and individuals that constitute the
whole of youth affected with Autoimmune illnesses such as Juvenile Arthritis
and Type 1 Diabetes. The
organization engages in both legislative and administrative advocacy on behalf
of its membership. Moreover, the SOAK strives to ensure that all members and
individuals are informed and educated about all such issues affecting the
well-being of our members. SOAK membership
is made up of organizations and individuals who have met the eligibility
criteria and paid dues as outlined in the Article III of the SOAK bylaws. Members are
determined to be in good standing upon full payment of dues and having
fulfilled the requirements of the Credentials Committee.

1 Year Associate Membership Free (no voting Rights) - Free
1 Year Membership (with voting Rights) - $100.00 - Benefits: One Vote(constitution or bylaws affecting the organization), SOAK Bracelet, SOAK Broadcasts and Alerts sent to One E-Mail, and Reduced Conferences Rates.
1 Year Membership Elder Level (age 60+) - $50.00 Benefits: One Vote(constitution or bylaws affecting the organization), SOAK Bracelet, SOAK Broadcasts and Alerts sent to One E-Mail, and Reduced Conferences Rates. (must provide DOB)
1 Year Membership Student (18+) - $50.00 Benefits: Voting Benefits: One Vote(constitution or bylaws affecting the organization), SOAK Bracelet, SOAK Broadcasts and Alerts sent to One E-Mail, and Reduced Conferences Rates. (must provide student ID card)
1 Year Membership Student (under 18) - $10.00 Benefits: Non Voting- Vote(constitution or bylaws affecting the organization), SOAK Bracelet, SOAK Broadcasts and Alerts sent to One E-Mail, and Reduced Conferences Rates. (must provide DOB)
Lifetime Membership $1000.00
